Sean Downey and his latest album “Rock & Roll” have certainly made a bold entrance. Elusive, action packed, heightened nostalgia and good old fashioned Rock and Roll, the artist describes it as "best rock album of the year" and we would be hard set not to oblige.
In an epic seventeen track offering the album is a solid body of work from start to finish, mixed well with some great vocals and great Indie Rock vibes, lead guitars and bass feel like a welcome feature on the project. The album fluctuates with themes and tones, with occasional sombre songs contrasting with more upbeat commercial ready records.
A classic and well assembled album from the highly talented artist.
